 Hydrogen Command warrants to the Original customer that Hydrogen Command products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration specified above, which is set to begin on…date of purchase by customer from Authorized Distributor or direct from Command Distribution LLC Sales Representatives.

Command Distributing LLC warranty covers those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product, and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of improper maintenance or modification;

Use of alternative parts or supplies not provided or supported by Command Distributing LLC to include operation outside the product's specifications unauthorized modification or misuse or any other changes will make void this warranty.

This warranty does not cover Hydrogen Command products that have been remanufactured, changed or altered in any way.

 If product failure or damage is attributable to the use of anything not being  included in the installation kit, we will not replace or repair said part.

 If Hydrogen Command  receives, during the applicable warranty period, notice of a defect in any product, which is covered by this warranty, Hydrogen  Command will either repair or replace the product, solely at the discretion of Hydrogen Command. In the event Hydrogen Command  is unable to repair or replace, as applicable, a defective product which is covered by this warranty, Hydrogen Command will, within  a reasonable time after being notified of stated defect  refund the purchase price of the product as long as the defect is reported to Command Distributing LLC within the Warranty Period.

                                     Guarantee

When you purchase your Hydrogen Command system you will get an increase in fuel mileage guarantee. There is only one way we accept validating this guarantee. Your truck must have and established clean ECM baseline test done before installation of the Hydrogen Command system. Once this is factory approved the installation will be performed by a certified HC installer. The truck is then to go on the road with no delay running it's normal route. In 2 weeks a new ECM will be pulled and sent to the factory for analysis. The truck will continue normal routine for 2 additional weeks a total of 30 days Maximum and a 2nd ECM will be obtained and sent to the factory for analysis This ECM will show via charts and graphs for your viewing exactly what the Hydrogen Command system is doing for you. In the event there is not at least a 5% increase in fuel mileage. Your money will be refunded immediately.

 This is the only true way to validate your mileage. Your trucks computer will not lie or alter it's self.

 Note: we have not had a working system on any truck in the last 3 years come in under 7% increase in fuel mileage.        

Discounted units or units sold under retail cost.  DO NOT apply to this Guarantee. This does not include tier level pricing for fleets. Those discounts will be honored.
